Saab has secured a contract valued at 700 million SEK ($63 million) from BAE Systems Hägglunds to provide the Universal Tank and Anti-Aircraft System (UTAAS) for the CV90 infantry fighting vehicle. As a system specifically developed for the CV90, UTAAS will enhance the vehicle’s targeting and fire control capabilities. The agreement continues the longstanding collaboration between Saab and BAE Systems Hägglunds.
