Rheinmetall MAN Military Vehicles (RMMV) has secured a major framework agreement with the Danish Armed Forces to deliver up to 1,000 HX and TG logistics trucks. The deal includes an initial purchase of over 100 vehicles, valued in the double-digit million-euro range, and was awarded by Denmark’s Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization (DALO). The acquisition supports Denmark’s expanding heavy infantry brigade and includes sustainment services, spare parts packages, and extensive operator training.

As part of the agreement, Denmark has also extended its existing sustainment contract for the HX fleet by an additional four years. RMMV confirmed that the first batch of trucks will be delivered before the end of 2027. The HX family, designed as a rugged “military off-the-shelf” mobility solution, offers 4×4 to 10×10 configurations with payload capacities between 5 and 16 tons. These vehicles are powered by MAN D2066 Euro 4 engines generating 440 horsepower, enabling speeds up to 100 kilometers per hour and a range of 800 kilometers.

The HX lineup also provides a 400-liter fuel capacity and can carry up to 17,000 kilograms of cargo, making it one of Europe’s most capable tactical logistics platforms. Its nine base variants are designed for rapid deployment, high mobility, and operational durability across harsh terrain. These features make the HX system a core asset for modern military logistics fleets worldwide.

RMMV’s TG series, derived from the company’s commercial heavy-duty truck line, complements the HX family with its adaptable 4×4 and 8×8 variants. Militarized TG-MIL and TGS-MIL models feature Euro 3 to Euro 6 engines delivering 340–540 horsepower. Depending on configuration, TG trucks offer up to 17 tons of payload capacity, up to 400 liters of fuel, and operational ranges exceeding 800 kilometers. Their performance mirrors the HX series, making them suitable for diverse military transport tasks.
