Estonia has officially taken delivery of six High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS) from Lockheed Martin. The handover took place at the company’s facility in Arkansas and follows a $200 million deal signed in December 2022 between the US and Estonia’s Defence Investment Center. The acquisition marks one of Estonia’s largest-ever military procurement efforts.
