The French defense procurement agency (DGA) has signed a long-term agreement with KNDS France and Safran Electronics & Defense to research and develop future robotic land warfare capabilities. Known as the DROIDE framework, the initiative will run from 2030 to 2035. It aims to accelerate the integration of remotely controlled systems and expand their mission roles in complex land-based combat environments.
