Germany is preparing a major procurement plan for around 500 MARS 3 rocket artillery launchers, also known internationally as EuroPULS. The framework agreement would supply roughly half the systems to the German armed forces while making the remainder available to partner nations under similar terms. Parliamentary review is expected in late 2026, with early procurement focusing on rockets capable of striking targets at distances of about 150 kilometers. Deliveries for German forces could begin before 2030 as part of broader efforts to modernize artillery and expand long-range strike capabilities.
