Hanwha Defense USA and Texas-based UNION Technologies have announced a strategic partnership aimed at expanding the production of 155-millimeter artillery munitions in the United States. The collaboration will initially focus on manufacturing metal components used in artillery shells, helping to strengthen the US defense industrial base and ensure reliable supply chains for the military and allied nations. A joint working group will coordinate engineering integration, quality assurance processes, and production planning.
