M-tron Industries has been awarded a $5.5-million contract to produce advanced radio frequency (RF) components for a prominent U.S. naval weapon system. The order includes robust crystal and lumped element filters engineered to perform under demanding operational conditions.

These components are part of a longstanding defense program that the company has been involved with for nearly ten years. Manufacturing will be conducted at M-tron’s Orlando, Florida facility, with deliveries expected to continue through 2026. The broader initiative is projected to run at least until 2035.

Though the specific naval system remains undisclosed, such RF components are typically integrated into radar, electronic warfare, and secure communication platforms.
