Norway and the UK signed an R&D agreement under the multinational CAVS initiative, paving the way for potential procurement of Patria 6×6 armored vehicles. The program, launched in 2020, promotes interoperability among seven European nations. Nearly 2,000 vehicles have been ordered so far, with Germany placing the largest contract.
