Turkish defense firm Nurol Makina has agreed to produce 800 Gidran 4×4 armored vehicles in Hungary, deepening defense cooperation between Ankara and Budapest. Production will occur at a new Hungarian facility with support from local manufacturer Raba. The vehicles will expand Hungary’s existing fleet and include long-term maintenance support. Gidran is based on the Ejder Yalcin armored vehicle and is designed for troop transport, surveillance, and specialized combat missions.
