Finnish defense manufacturer Patria has unveiled its new tracked all-terrain vehicle, TRACKX, positioning it as the company’s most advanced mobility platform to date. Marketed as the “ultimate” solution for extreme battlefield conditions, TRACKX has been engineered to deliver high performance across multiple terrains.

The vehicle is designed to operate seamlessly on snow, dense forests, rough roads, and even water, ensuring troops can maneuver in some of the harshest combat environments. It accommodates a crew of 12, including both driver and commander, while also featuring NATO-standard protection against ballistic threats and mines. This combination of transport capacity and protection makes TRACKX suitable for frontline operations in modern conflict zones.

With a maximum combat weight of 15.5 tons (14,061 kilograms), TRACKX achieves road speeds of up to 80 kilometers per hour (50 mph), giving it rapid deployment capability. In addition, its amphibious design enables the vehicle to cross rivers, lakes, and flooded areas at four kilometers per hour (2.5 mph), expanding its operational versatility across diverse environments.

By integrating speed, survivability, and adaptability, Patria aims to offer TRACKX as a future-ready platform for NATO and allied forces requiring superior battlefield mobility.
