Israeli defense companies Rafael and Elbit Systems have joined forces to supply a comprehensive electronic warfare (EW) self-defense system for frigates operated by European NATO members. The solution merges Elbit’s DESEAVER MK-4 Decoy Control & Launching System with Rafael’s advanced decoy countermeasures, offering enhanced protection against maritime threats.
