German propulsion specialist Renk plans to establish service and production facilities in Poland as part of NATO’s eastern defense expansion. The company intends to invest up to 500 million euros over the next five years to increase gearbox and transmission production for armored vehicles. The facilities will initially support customers in Poland, Ukraine, and Baltic states while boosting supply capacity for Western tank manufacturers.
