South Korea’s Defense Agency for Technology and Quality (DTaQ) has launched an initiative to enhance the performance of key artillery systems, including the K9 howitzer, Chunmoo rocket launcher, and Cheonma missile. A team of 40 experts from DTaQ, the South Korean Army, and defense companies such as Hanwha, Hyundai Rotem, and LIG Nex1 conducted field reviews to identify operational improvements.
