Hanwha Systems unveiled a new Active Protection System (APS) at the World Defense Show 2026 in Riyadh. Designed to defend armored vehicles, the APS can intercept threats such as rocket-propelled grenades, anti-tank guided missiles, high-explosive anti-tank rounds, and kinetic energy penetrators before impact. The system enhances survivability by neutralizing incoming threats prior to hull contact.
