Textron Systems has reportedly been selected to build the US Army’s first Robotic Combat Vehicle (RCV), edging out proposals from General Dynamics, McQ, and Oshkosh Defense. Sources revealed that Textron’s RIPSAW 3 platform was chosen following competitive evaluations. Although the Army has notified the winning bidder, an official announcement is still pending.
