The US has approved a potential $78.5 million sale of MK 54 MOD 0 lightweight torpedoes to Saudi Arabia. The package includes 20 ready-to-fire torpedoes, additional exercise variants, spare parts, containers, and support equipment. The agreement also allows for up to two representatives—either from the US government or RTX contractors—to travel to Saudi Arabia for program support.
