Northrop Grumman has been awarded two contracts totaling $1.4 billion to deliver air and missile defense systems for the US and Poland. One of the deals, worth $481 million over five years, supports the US Army’s Aviation Missile & Technology Consortium by enhancing software for the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS). The upgrade will include integration of Polish sensors, the UK’s CAMM (Common Anti-Air Modular Missile), and advanced technologies like AI and model-based systems engineering.
