Ukrainian company Skiftech has received a contract from the US Department of Defense to develop laser-based training technologies for the Army. The project supports the enhancement of the Tactical Engagement Simulation Systems (TESS), which use laser emitters instead of live ammunition for realistic combat training. Skiftech will work on the initiative through March 2035, in coordination with the Army Contracting Command in Orlando, Florida.
