The US Defense Innovation Unit has chosen three American firms — Sealing Technologies, Omni Federal, and World Wide Technology — to create prototype Joint Cyber Hunt Kits for US Cyber Command. Designed as a portable “security operations center in a box,” the system is scheduled for development by mid-2025. It will be the first unified cyber defense kit, addressing the current lack of standardization across branches and offering modular components for mission-specific use.
