Oshkosh Defense has landed a $27.6-million contract to provide 55 METs to the US Army, furthering its ground logistics support strategy.
The new order is part of a five-year agreement for 557 trailers, following a $27.3-million deal for 57 trailers awarded last year.
Oshkosh emphasized the trailers’ role in enabling vehicle and equipment transport across demanding conditions.
These units play a critical role in the Army’s modernization roadmap.
Dutch firm Broshuis BV is again partnering for manufacturing, though a delivery timeline remains unspecified.
