Northrop Grumman has successfully completed the delivery of all Major End Items (MEIs) under the U.S. Army’s Low-Rate Initial Production (LRIP) contract for the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS). This achievement marks a major step forward in advancing next-generation air and missile defense capabilities.

As part of this LRIP phase, the company produced and delivered MEIs at an accelerated pace, enabling the Army to speed up the deployment of IBCS. The system is now positioned as a combat-ready solution for modern integrated defense.

The deliveries include 142 total units manufactured in Huntsville, Alabama—comprising 35 Engagement Operations Centers, 32 Integrated Fire Control Network Relays, and 75 Integrated Collaborative Environments.

The milestone builds on the previous year’s successful handover of the first complete IBCS MEI set, highlighting Northrop Grumman’s continued support in reinforcing U.S. Army defensive infrastructure.
