Singapore’s Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA) has partnered with Airbus Helicopters to develop crewed-uncrewed teaming capabilities involving the RSAF’s H225M Medium Lift helicopter and Airbus’ Flexrotor unmanned aerial system (UAS). This collaboration aims to demonstrate how such teaming can boost situational awareness and enhance mission effectiveness through a flight demonstration.
Airbus’ latest crewed-uncrewed teaming system, HTeaming, will be installed on the RSAF’s H225M, enabling the crew to fully control the Flexrotor. The demonstration will highlight the effectiveness of Airbus’ teaming technology and the operational benefits of integrating manned helicopters with unmanned systems.
Recently launched, HTeaming is a modular solution that includes a modem, four antennas, a tablet, and software.
