France has received the last NH90 Caïman tactical transport helicopter from Airbus, wrapping up a long-term rotorcraft acquisition for the French Army. This final delivery completes a batch of 63 helicopters in a specialized “Standard 1” configuration, with handovers starting in 2011. An additional 18 helicopters configured to “Standard 2” are expected to be delivered between 2026 and 2029 as part of the continued expansion.
