Airbus Defence and Space has been awarded a 480-million-euro ($502.7 million) contract by France’s DGA to build a communications system for the nation’s surface and submarine fleets. The project includes the design, installation, and maintenance of the network, which will be deployed across more than 80 naval vessels between 2028 and 2032.
