Anduril has unveiled the Copperhead, a software-defined underwater attack drone engineered to transform the dynamics of undersea warfare. Designed to resemble and function similarly to a torpedo, the Copperhead delivers rapid, flexible, and cost-effective engagement options for naval forces facing evolving threats both above and below the surface.

This weapon system is available in two configurations—the Copperhead-100 and Copperhead-500—differentiated by size, range, and payload capacity to meet a variety of operational needs. Driven by artificial intelligence, Copperhead enables both autonomous and human-in-the-loop missions, capable of seeking, identifying, and neutralizing hostile maritime targets with precision.

The adaptive platform offers navies a powerful complement to traditional submarine and surface ship-based weapons, greatly enhancing fleet protection and deterrence with scalable, network-enabled options for both defense and offense.
