Babcock has secured a €795 million ($827.9 million) contract to deliver 22 Pilatus PC-7 MKX training aircraft to the French Air and Space Force and Navy. The deal includes long-term support, infrastructure, and pilot training equipment. The aircraft will be based at Salon-de-Provence Air Base, where they will be used for primary flight training before pilots transition to advanced roles in fighter and transport aviation.
