CACI International has been awarded a contract worth up to $113 million to modernize enterprise information systems supporting the US Navy’s Military Sealift Command, strengthening the digital backbone behind one of the world’s largest maritime logistics organizations. The project includes software engineering, cloud modernization, cybersecurity enhancement, application development, and program management designed to improve the performance of business systems supporting both shipboard and shore-based personnel. Artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics will be incorporated to streamline operational processes, improve data accessibility, and minimize disruptions across logistics operations. By upgrading critical enterprise applications, the initiative aims to enhance mission planning, accelerate decision-making, and improve overall support for global naval deployments. The modernization program reflects the Navy’s ongoing effort to build more resilient and technology-driven logistics capabilities capable of supporting future maritime operations.
