Elbit Systems has secured $100 million in contracts to deliver digitization and networking solutions for the Israel Defense Forces as they transition to a fifth-generation tactical cyber network. The initiative integrates C4ISR systems, digital fires, intelligence assets, and border protection into a unified multi-domain architecture. Under the “Tzayad” Next Generation Digital Ground Army framework, advanced command-and-control capabilities will link headquarters to frontline units, accelerating sensor-to-shooter cycles and expanding AI-enabled decision support. Additionally, the “MARS” Multi-Sensor Border Defense System will oversee sensor arrays and effectors using AI-based detection, classification, and mission management.
