Brazilian aerospace firm Embraer has signed an agreement to deliver four A-29 Super Tucano aircraft to an unspecified African nation. The light attack and trainer aircraft will support diverse missions such as counterinsurgency, close air support, pilot training, and ISR (intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance). With this deal, the buyer becomes the sixth African nation to operate the Super Tucano.
