EPCOR, a subsidiary of Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance, has entered a long-term agreement with Saudi Arabia’s flagship airline, Riyadh Air, to manage the APS5000 Auxiliary Power Units (APUs) on its Boeing 787 Dreamliner fleet.
This strategic partnership covers complete APU maintenance and support services, ensuring high availability and efficiency across Riyadh Air’s operations. The deal represents a deep technical alignment and mutual trust between the two companies.
Under the terms, EPCOR will provide MRO and modification services, alongside on-wing support and Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) coverage. Additionally, the agreement includes access to EPCOR’s Prognos® predictive maintenance solution, offering data-driven insights for proactive upkeep.
The contract marks a key step in Riyadh Air’s fleet readiness and operational reliability as it builds a next-generation aviation presence in the region.
