L3Harris has signed a memorandum of understanding with Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Investment and the General Authority for Military Industries to expand collaboration in advanced command-and-control (C2) and artificial intelligence technologies. Rather than centering on a single platform, the agreement focuses on localizing resilient C4ISR capabilities and AI-enabled defense systems. The initiative will explore opportunities to establish elements of the value chain within the Kingdom, supporting Saudi Arabia’s industrial development and localization objectives. The framework complements Riyadh’s existing partnerships with Boeing, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, Leonardo, and Airbus across airpower and missile defense sectors.
