Textron Aviation Inc., a Textron Inc. company, announced that its new multi-mission Beechcraft King Air demonstration aircraft will make its show and European debut at the 2025 Paris Air Show. The aircraft, designed to highlight the versatility of the King Air platform across multiple missions, will be on static display from June 16 to June 19 at the Textron Pavilion A2.
Showcasing Mission Flexibility
Textron Aviation’s King Air is configured to demonstrate a range of specialized mission capabilities. It features extended range (ER) fuel tanks, a factory-installed extended utility nose supporting sensor payloads up to 20 inches EO/IR, retractable lift kits, wing hardpoint provisions, and a cargo door adaptable for air ambulance and cargo transport.
Powered by PT6A-67A engines with dual oil coolers, the aircraft offers excellent performance in hot and high conditions, rapid climb rates, and strong cruising speeds.
Inside, the aircraft is equipped with a mission rack with displays and computers, VIP seating, AvFab and LifePort mission seating, and a LifePort medevac stretcher. The cockpit is compatible with Night Vision Imaging Systems (NVIS), further expanding its mission readiness.
