Lockheed Martin has completed the delivery of the last two S-70i medium transport/utility helicopters to the Polish Armed Forces under a 2021 agreement. The contract, managed by Lockheed’s Polish subsidiary PZL Mielec, marks the fulfillment of a four-helicopter order, all modeled after the original UH-60M Black Hawk used by the US Army. According to Lockheed, the first S-70i units delivered to Poland demonstrated their effectiveness during recent flood response operations in the southern part of the country.
