The ArGe D-LBO consortium, formed by KNDS Deutschland and Rheinmetall, has secured a EUR 1.98 billion contract from Germany’s BAAINBw to modernize the Bundeswehr’s vehicle-based command-and-control systems. Over six years, the project will involve installing digital radios and control systems across various military platforms.
