Rheinmetall has finalized its acquisition of Naval Vessels Lürssen, forming a powerful German maritime defense entity capable of designing and producing advanced naval platforms. The integration brings approximately 2,100 employees and several shipbuilding facilities under Rheinmetall’s maritime division, strengthening Germany’s ability to deliver modern surface ships and autonomous maritime systems for NATO partners.
