Russia’s latest NV.17 hybrid helicopter has entered the technical design phase after completing its initial and draft design stages. Developed by Heliburo, the medium-lift helicopter is intended for a variety of missions, including cargo transport, passenger service, and fire support. The country aims to carry out the aircraft’s maiden flight in 2027.
