Silvus Technologies, headquartered in California, has unveiled Spectrum Dominance 2.0, a major firmware update designed to enhance the resilience of its StreamCaster tactical radios in electronically contested and hostile environments.

Delivered as a software-based upgrade, Spectrum Dominance 2.0 introduces a suite of modular capabilities that can be selectively activated based on mission requirements. This flexible configuration enables users to enhance their communications networks without needing to replace existing hardware.

Key features introduced in this release include low probability of intercept/detection (LPI/LPD), anti-jamming functionalities, and advanced threat protection—all of which can be deployed individually or integrated for layered, adaptive defense. These enhancements significantly bolster survivability and operational security during electronic warfare and complex tactical missions.
