At the Japan International Aerospace event in Tokyo, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries unveiled two artificial intelligence-enabled collaborative combat aircraft (CCA) concepts. The first, displayed as a 1:10-scale model, is a tactical combat support drone designed for multi-role missions—taking off from land, engaging targets, and returning. The second is the “ARMDC-20X,” a 6-meter-long drone focused on intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance support.
