Poland has completed a $310 million agreement to acquire MQ-9B SkyGuardian unmanned aerial vehicles from General Atomics. Signed on December 12 by Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, this marks Poland’s first direct purchase of the SkyGuardian model. Prior to this, Poland had been operating MQ-9A Reapers under a $70.6 million lease that began in February 2023.
