The Republic of Korea has unveiled the Ghost Commander II, an advanced carrier model designed to support integrated manned-unmanned missions.

Engineered by Hanwha Ocean, the ship is intended to operate a mix of traditional aircraft alongside a fleet of autonomous drones and underwater vehicles for tactical missions.

Chief engineer Jeon Seoungbaem explained the design was influenced by China’s Type 076, focusing on high-tech reconnaissance and naval surveillance operations.
