In response to regional security challenges, Taiwan is set to procure four different types of loitering munitions or kamikaze drones. One variant will handle close-range precision attacks, while another will deploy loitering explosives. Two additional drone types will feature vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) capabilities, with one variant designed to carry missiles for more powerful, high-impact engagements.
