The US Army has established the 7th Infantry Division Multi-Domain Command-Pacific (MDC-PAC), integrating conventional combat forces with cyber, space, intelligence, electronic warfare, and autonomous capabilities under a unified headquarters. Formed by combining the 7th Infantry Division and the 1st Multi-Domain Task Force, the new 12,000-soldier formation is designed to strengthen operational readiness across the Indo-Pacific region. The command will play a central role in multinational exercises, joint operations, and future multi-domain warfare strategies.
