L3Harris Technologies has secured additional contracts to deliver Falcon AN/PRC-158C software-defined manpack radios supporting the US Army’s ongoing command-and-control modernization efforts. The advanced communication systems provide secure multi-channel connectivity across a broad range of military communication networks, allowing seamless exchange of voice, data, and operational information between commanders, sensors, combat units, and battle management systems. Designed with software-defined architecture, the radios can adapt to multiple waveforms and operational requirements without major hardware modifications. Their extended frequency coverage enables reliable beyond-line-of-sight communications while strengthening network resilience across complex operational environments.
