Greece has awarded a $750-million contract to Elbit Systems for the acquisition of PULS rocket artillery systems as part of its long-term military modernization plan. The deal includes launchers, multiple types of guided and unguided rockets, loitering munitions, and a 10-year support package. PULS offers a versatile platform capable of launching munitions with ranges up to 300 km, including tactical ballistic missiles. Each launcher can engage multiple targets with high precision, supported by advanced navigation and mission systems. Its ability to operate from both wheeled and tracked platforms reduces logistical complexity and enhances flexibility. The system will play a key role in strengthening Greece’s defenses in strategically sensitive regions, particularly near the Aegean and Evros areas.
