Brahmastra Highlights 128 mm Plamen Rocket System Indian defence company Brahmastra Explosives and Ammunition has showcased the 128 mm Plamen rocket artillery system as part of its interest in expanding indigenous rocket manufacturing. Originally developed in the former Yugoslavia, the lightweight MLRS supports rapid “shoot-and-scoot” operations and is intended for engaging troop concentrations, logistics facilities, and lightly protected targets. The company has not announced any production agreement or procurement programme but views the technology as a potential addition to India’s defence manufacturing ecosystem.
