India is developing a long-range strike platform known as Project KAL. The system is being developed by IG Defence and is designed as a one-way attack drone capable of carrying explosive payloads. Reports suggest that the drone can travel up to 1,000 kilometers and remain airborne for three to five hours, allowing it to conduct extended operations in contested environments. The platform is intended to strike high-value targets such as logistics centers, radar installations, and military infrastructure.
