Dynamatic Technologies and Aerodata AG are jointly developing the AeroForce X MALE UAV for India’s tri-service requirement. The program emphasizes sovereign control over source code and design, enabling independent upgrades, mission flexibility, and weapon integration. Unlike licensed platforms, AeroForce X ensures Indian ownership of intellectual property, allowing customization for diverse missions such as Himalayan ISR and maritime surveillance. With a projected value of ₹25,000 crore, the program aims to establish a long-term indigenous UAV ecosystem with strong export potential.
