German defense company ARX Robotics and Ukrainian robotics developer Roboneers have established a joint venture, ARX Industries, to mass-produce unmanned ground vehicles for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Supported by both governments under the “Build with Ukraine” initiative, the partnership will manufacture UGVs based on Roboneers’ Lynx PRO platform while providing maintenance, sustainment, and operational support. The collaboration strengthens Ukraine’s indigenous defense manufacturing capabilities and accelerates the deployment of robotic systems for reconnaissance, logistics, casualty evacuation, and frontline operations in modern combat environments.
