DJI has unveiled the FlyCart 100 (FC100), a new-generation heavy-lift drone designed to push the boundaries of aerial cargo delivery. The platform marks a major step in DJI’s expansion into large-payload logistics systems, offering the ability to carry loads of up to 100 kilograms (220 pounds).

Built with an upgraded wing structure and durable carbon-fiber propellers, the FC100 delivers strong endurance and efficiency. When equipped with dual batteries, the drone can travel up to 12 kilometers (7.4 miles), while operating with a single battery allows a range of 6 kilometers (3.7 miles), enabling flexible mission planning for industrial and commercial operators.

The FlyCart 100 is engineered for rapid deployment and sustained operations. Its fast-charging capability—supported by high-output chargers and generator systems—reduces downtime between missions. DJI has also incorporated a dual-battery power system that allows mid-flight battery swaps, providing additional safety and minimizing the risk of mission interruption.

With the introduction of the FC100, DJI is signaling a strong move into heavy-cargo unmanned aviation, targeting sectors such as remote logistics, emergency response, and industrial supply operations.
