Germany has partnered with Patria under a €50-million ($51 million) research and development deal to create NEMO mortar and mortar command & control versions of the Common Armoured Vehicle System (CAVS) for its military. The agreement involves integrating German-specific mission systems and qualifying the platforms to meet operational requirements.
